• Grazedwithlove reserves the right to refuse service to any guest who appears intoxicated or is under legal drinking age.
  

• Valid identification may be requested for alcohol service.
  

• Grazedwithlove assumes no liability for alcohol consumption beyond the service period or once the event concludes.
  

• By booking mobile bartending services, the client agrees to assume responsibility for guest conduct and alcohol consumption at their event.

• All food preparation follows applicable NY & NJ food safety regulations.
  

• Mobile bartending services comply with state and local alcohol service laws.
  

• Grazedwithlove does not operate as a liquor retailer unless otherwise specified and permitted.
  

• The client is responsible for obtaining any venue-required permits or approvals.
