Cancellation & Reschedule Policy
At Grazedwithlove, all orders are thoughtfully prepared using fresh ingredients and intentional planning. Please review our cancellation and reschedule terms prior to booking.

Orders canceled within 48 hours of the scheduled pickup or delivery time are non-refundable.
Orders canceled more than 48 hours in advance may be eligible for a credit, at our discretion.
Once preparation has begun, cancellations cannot be accepted.

All event and custom orders require a non-refundable deposit to secure the date.
Cancellations made within 7 days of the event date are non-refundable.
Cancellations made more than 7 days in advance may be eligible for a partial credit, excluding the deposit, at our discretion.

Deposits for mobile bartending services are non-refundable.
Cancellations made within 7 days of the scheduled service date are non-refundable.
Event changes must be requested as early as possible and are subject to availability.

One reschedule request is permitted per order or event, subject to availability.
Reschedule requests must be made at least 48 hours in advance for standard orders and at least 7 days in advance for events and mobile bartending services.
Deposits may be applied to the rescheduled date if notice requirements are met.
Additional reschedule requests may be treated as cancellations.

Last-minute cancellations, no-shows, or refusal of delivery or service will be treated as completed orders and are non-refundable.
Guest count or scope changes within 48 hours are not guaranteed and may incur additional fees.

In the unlikely event Grazedwithlove must cancel due to unforeseen circumstances, a full refund will be issued.
